Q: Which Escape room do you recommend for my group?

Just starting?
In order of which to play (for those starting out or 10 games and under start as below)( those with 100 games etc start at Philtower)

Q:    What time should we arrive?
A: The time you chose for check-in will be your arrival time. You will not need to show up early since we will have another group in the theme before your group and will not be ready for you. So just arrive at your check-in time that you chose on your reservation. Front doors automatically lock so we will come get your group to let you in at check-in time.
For Chernobyl, Diamond Heist and Expedition we have already allotted time in the beginning of your reservation for the mini golf then we will begin the escape room after. Alot 1.5hrs for the entire experience. Expedition Alot 2hours for the entire experience.

Q: Where should we park?
A: We have the same parking as the Vault restaurant. You will park in our parking lots or on the street if you would like (parking on the street is free after 5pm and on weekends. You will walk across the street to meet us at the front door. For Philtower Mystery, Bootleggers and 7th Floor you will meet at location #2 instead)

Q: Who needs to fill out a waiver?
A: Anyone 18 or over needs to fill out their own waiver. Anyone 18 or under will need to be on a parent or guardians' waiver. We will send the waiver links and maps to meet up the day of your appointment so you can forward that on to all of your players.

Q: How old do you have to be to participate in The Escape Rooms at The Xcapery?
A: Players must be 5yrs old and playing with a parent to participate in Chernobyl, Diamond Heist and Expedition. Players must be 18yrs or older to play Philtower Mystery, Bootleggers Hideout or 7th Floor due to Historical Value of the building. Players 12 and younger must have 1 adult playing with them during the game. Players 14 and up can play without a parent in the escape room but must have an adult on the property,

Q: What is the most players that I can put in an experience or how many players do i need minimum to play?

Chernobyl Min Players needed: 1         Max Players recommended :8    Max capacity:10 players just email or call if you would like 10 in this theme.
Diamond Heist Players needed: 1        Max Players recommended: 4    Max Capacity for this Room: 6 (if you would like up to 6 in this theme call, text or email for a special booking)
Expedition of the Lost Gem Players needed: 4        Max Players recommended: 20   Max Capacity for this Room: 30 (this experience must be booked via email, call or text only)
Philtower Players Needed: 1             4 Players min Recommended   Max Players Recommended: 8     Max Capacity for this Room: 10 (we have done up to 14 on this theme keep in mind it can bottle neck at times but can easily accommodate more)
Bootleggers Hideout Players Needed : 1          Max Players Recommnded : 6       Max Capacity : 8 
7th Floor Players needed: 2       4 Players min Recommended   Max Players Recommended: 8        Max Capacity :10

Q: Do you allow walk-ins?
A: No, we do not since all of our experiences are private no walk ins are allowed. We must have a 30min to 1hour heads up on themes desired. 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Date changes must be made 72 hours in advance for regular escape room bookings (For Sat appointments date changes must be made prior to noon on weds for refund) Player changes must be made 24hours in advance for refunds. No refunds for no shows.

Q: Are your Escape Rooms handicap accessible?
A: Yes, we do have a few games for Handicap friendly play. Diamond Heist, Philtower Mystery and 7th Floor can be fully played via wheelchair. Expedition of the lost Gem can be played via wheelchair as well...recommended that player is a key player at the base station. We have elevators at both of our facilities.

Q: Do you have lockers?

A: Yes, for games: Chernobyl, Diamond Heist and Expedition there are lockers for your private group. For all other games you can travel with your belongings if you would like but large bags are not recommended.
